Welcome to the USSSA World Series!
Opening Day at the USSSA World Series at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports is an exciting festival that will generate memories for your players that will last a lifetime. NPF Professional players, former US Olympic Team members, and softball teams from across the country will gather in front of the backdrop of one of the best youth sports venues in the country to welcome you to this event.
Opening Ceremonies will be hosted at the beautiful Champions Stadium at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports. The ceremonies include a parade of teams, introductions of USSSA Pride and other NPF players. Occasionally the world’s most famous “mouse” makes an appearance to welcome you.

Opening Day Checklist

The following is a list of information or tasks that you will need on Opening Day. This event will have over 250 teams, so being prepared and being early will make this a much better process for your team.

1. ALL Player & ALL Coaches Waiver Forms completed CORRECTLY! You cannot obtain your passes for ESPN Wide World of Sports without this form, no exceptions.

2. Team Insurance Certificate

3. Duplicate roster for Verification.

For the roster, you are NOT required to submit a copy signed by your state Director and parents. You will be presented with the online version of your roster and asked to sign it, verifying that it is correct. Please be sure to have your roster correctly online per the rules laid out by your own state program.

**IMPORTANT**

Please be sure to arrive at the check-in early. If we have 250+ teams arrive at 4:30 pm, there will be teams that do not receive credentials and pertinent information.
