Ticket Orders and Information are available during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. Please be considerate and leave a message and your call will be returned in the order it was received. You must remember to leave your full telephone number including area code when calling.

Tickets are shipped Fed-Ex at an additional fee based on service type and CANNOT be shipped to a PO Box. Alternatively, tickets may be picked up at USSSA National Headquarters Monday through Friday from 8:30 pm – 4:00 pm. REMEMBER TO ORDER YOUR TICKETS WELL IN ADVANCE AS ALL TICKETS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Payment policy for theme park tickets is full payment due at the time of purchase. There is no separate pricing for adults and children; all tickets are priced the same and include tax. children under 3 are admitted free to the theme parks. All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Tickets are valid for use only on the specific dates of the event and for a limited period of time before and/or after the event. Some activities/events may be separately priced.

Advance purchase is required. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Tickets are not available for purchase at theme park ticket booths. Not for use by Travel Agents.
